Cancellation and Refund Policy Creative & Web Design Services Once you agree for works to go live / completion, then you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the work and no future refunds can be given for the fees incurred.
Transferring Away If at any time the client wishes to transfer the website away from WigWag servers and WigWag control, the Client must agree to pay a Website Package fee to release the website which will comprise of a working website with all the website files, images, pdf documents and videos.
Under no circumstance will the following be included: 1. The custom theme is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 2. The animation software is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 3. The email SMTP addition is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 4. The captcha addition is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 5. The security addition is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 6. The cache addition is licensed to WigWag and cannot be transferred 7. The contact forms, subscription forms & care plan forms may not be functional
Notice Period We require 90 days notice before any website, hosting or domains are moved away from WigWag.
Subscription A Subscription contract may be cancelled up 7 days after the account has been set up and a full refund will be given minus a £10 administration fee.
Subscription Annual Payment - After 7 days of the start of a new year of Subscription, neither a full or partial refund based on the remaining months of a year's Subscription fee can be given.
Subscription Quarterly Payment - After 7 days of the start of a new quarter of Subscription, neither a full or partial refund based on the remaining months of a quarters Subscription fee can be given.
Subscription Monthly Payment - After 7 days of the start of a new month of Subscription, neither a full or partial refund based on the remaining days of a month's Subscription fee can be given.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Policy The services we provide will be delivered in accordance with the schedule of works. Sometimes due to factors outside our control i.e. waiting on content or approval of items we may be unable to meet the expected schedule. We will not accept liability for items not completed to schedule. However we always endeavour to complete items in a timely manor.
Domain Names - Special Terms Domain Names are usually registered for 2 Year period with the exception of some TLD's.
Transaction Currencies All transactions and invoices from card payments will be in Pounds Sterling – GBP
Payment Methods We accept Payment via BACS or Major Debit & Credit Cards as below via our payment processor Stripe.
Missed or Cancelled Meetings We understand that sometimes meetings need to be rearranged, even at short notice, and we’re always happy to accommodate changes when possible. However, more than two missed or cancelled meetings may result in a charge, as our team works hard to prepare for each session and keep your project moving forward. Missed meetings will incur a fee of £100 per occurrence to cover the time and effort spent preparing.
Consider it like an engineer arriving to install a boiler, only to find the customer isn’t home - it disrupts the schedule and delays progress. Similarly, missed or cancelled meetings slow things down.
To ensure continuous progress, we kindly request that key decision-makers are present at scheduled meetings. It’s like showing up for a job without the necessary approval - it can lead to misunderstandings and setbacks.
For projects requiring additional rework due to absent decision-makers, a surcharge of 10% on the quoted price may be applied.
